The C-Lon Bead Cord is a 3-ply twisted multi-filament nylon thread available in 104 colors. The color range is fabulous, with lots of bright jewel colors and subtle tones. It is perfect for simple or complex beading projects, micro-macrame jewelry, bead crochet, cordmaking, kumuhimo braiding, half-hitching, Cavandoli tapestry knotting or tatting. If you currently use Conso or Mastex Nylon #18, the C-Lon Bead Cord is a comparable product with the added attraction of the widest color range on the market and a smaller price per spool. It is the standard size for micro macrame. Other cords and thread in the C-Lon family are the C-Lon Micro Cord, the new C-Lon Fine Weight Bead Cord, the C-Lon Tex 400 Bead Cord and the C-Lon Beading Thread Size D.

Charcoal C-Lon Bead Cord approx 92 yards NEW COLOR
Charcoal is a very dark neutral grey and it rounds up the neutrals greys, an area that was lacking in the C-Lon color offering. Grey is the 'new black' in the fashion world, so the addition of all the new greys are well timed.

Red-Hot needs no introduction, it speaks for itself, it is smack in between the Shangai Red - the scarlet red, and Red, the original Red - a bit on the burgundy side.
Note :: This type of thread was originally designed for hand stitching in the upholstery industry, machine sewing on industrial machine and other sewing applications that require a strong durable thread. C-Lon Bead Cord, although produced for the bead, micro macrame & fiber jewelry world, is a fine alternative with great color choices to Nylon #18 and can be used for many other applications including for industrial sewing.
