For micro-macrame, simple or complex beading projects, bead crochet, cordmaking, kumuhimo braiding, half-hitching, Cavandoli tapestry knotting, tatting... The nylon #18 thread was originally designed for hand stitching for the upholstery industry. This thread has been discontinued by Beadsmith. Only Black, White, Deft, Jade and Navy are still available.
Personal Note :: I purchased this line of nylon #18 as an alternative to Mastex Nylon #18. I use just a few colors in combination with C-Lon Bead Cord, Mastex and Conso Nylon #18. It is more slippery and stiffer than all the other nylon brands. But some of the colors are unique. It has the blackest black, the darkest navy and a gorgeous jade color. If you like this cord, stock up while supply is still available.
