Processing of Orders :: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Payment Options :: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through a secure Paypal shopping cart. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use it. Visa, Mastercard & Discover by phone. U.S. personal or business checks with address & phone number imprinted can be sent with order information. Print a pdf order form to place your order. Orders paid by checks or money orders will be shipped after checks have cleared.

California Sales Tax :: All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax. If you have buying items for resale: email a copy of your resale license on business stationary with your order and the sales tax will be refunded back to you.
Backorders :: Items may be temporarily out of stock, not yet removed from website or may require extra time to be sent. If so you will be notified by email, advised of possible substitutions or time delay and refunded for any items no longer available. Any items not shipped will be refunded. No backorders on international orders!

International Priority Flat Rate Box :: $39.00 :: USPS Priority Mail International - Flat-Rate Box. Maximum weight 20 lbs. or limit set by the individual country. Flat rate boxes measure 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" (27cm x 21cm x 14 cm) or 11 7/8" x 13 5/8" x3 3/8" (30cm x 34cm x 8.5cm). Insurance available at extra charge, request it at check out. Fits up to 160 C-Lon spools. Insurance is added on this service.
Other Options :: For small light packages, request USPS First Class International Mail in writing in Special Instructions or by email. No insurance available. If a saving can be obtained by shipping with this method, a refund will be issued after the package has been shipped.
Insurance :: Insurance is not available on Flat Rate Envelopes and First Class Mail, once shipped, the package becomes the costumer's responsibility.

To accomplish this, I am dedicated to offer good information about the items for sale on this site, often accompanied by personal notes, and pictures with colors as accurate as possible. - Marion
Returns are easy :: You may return or exchange any unaltered item you purchased within 10 days of receiving your package. Contact Marion by email/phone right away for return instructions. Return items with copy of invoice and in original packaging. Please insure returns as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Refund or exchange can only be made once the items are received by Marion. Cost of return is customer responsibility. Sorry no refund on shipping and handling fees. Please let Marion know if there is a problem with the item as a replacement could be sent. Note: Kits cannot be returned.
Damaged/Broken merchandise :: Save all original packaging and contact Marion immediately.
Typos :: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Marion Jewels in Fiber shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If you have already paid for the purchase and your order is canceled, a refund will be issued, in the amount of the purchase.
